How many weddings are held on each Intimate Wedding Day?

We host only two weddings during each Intimate Wedding Day event. This allows every couple to enjoy a private ceremony, personalized attention, and a beautifully prepared setting without the feel of a large wedding event.

How long do we have the venue?

The Signature Package includes two hours of exclusive venue access. The Premium Package includes 3 hours of venue access, along with additional photography and other upgraded amenities. Your reservation time includes your ceremony, portraits, celebration, and any included bridal suite access.  

What is the arrival & departure policy?

Your event time is reserved exclusively for you and is part of a carefully coordinated schedule. Couples may arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled rental time and must depart the property within 15 minutes after their rental period ends. To ensure every couple enjoys the same experience, early arrivals, extended rental times, and late departures cannot be accommodated. We encourage you and your guests to plan accordingly so your celebration can begin and end on schedule.

How many guests can we invite?

The Signature Package includes the couple plus up to 20 guests. The Premium Package includes the couple plus up to 25 guests.

Need a little more room? You may add five additional guests for $200, subject to availability.  The final guest count must be given at contract signing.

Can we invite more guests than the package allows?

To ensure every wedding remains intimate and comfortable, guest counts cannot exceed the maximum capacity for your selected package, including any approved guest add-ons.

Can we customize the package or remove items?

Our Intimate Wedding Packages are designed as complete, all-inclusive experiences to keep planning simple and pricing affordable. Because of this, package items cannot be removed, substituted, exchanged, or credited, even if you choose not to use every included service or item.

Can we add additional services?

Yes! Available add-ons include:

• Bridal Suite Access During Your Rental Period — $200

• Five Additional Guests — $200

• Keepsake Champagne Flute Set for the Bride and Groom — $30

• Keepsake Cake Knife & Server Set — $50

Additional photography collections, albums, prints, and digital images may also be purchased directly through the photographer.

Do we need to hire an officiant?

No. Alabama does not require an officiant for your marriage to be legally recognized. If you'd like, you may invite a family member or friend to lead your ceremony while we provide the required Alabama marriage paperwork and notarization.

Is the marriage license included?

We provide the required Alabama marriage paperwork and notarization as part of your package. Couples are responsible for obtaining any required marriage forms before their wedding day and following Alabama's filing requirements after the ceremony. We'll provide instructions to make the process easy.

Can we bring our own photographer?

Professional photography is included with every package and is one of the highlights of the experience. Outside photographers are welcome as guests but may not provide professional photography services during your reserved event.

Can we bring our own cake or champagne?

Our packages include a professionally prepared wedding cake, cupcakes, and champagne toast. Outside food and beverages are not included unless approved in advance.

What flowers are included?

Each package includes beautiful, high-quality neutral faux floral arrangements designed to photograph beautifully and remain fresh throughout your wedding day. The Signature Package includes a neutral bridal bouquet and coordinating boutonniere, while the Premium Package includes an enhanced bouquet.

What should we wear?

You are welcome to dress as formally or casually as you'd like. Whether you envision a traditional wedding gown and tuxedo or something more relaxed, we want your wedding to reflect your style.

What happens if it rains?

One of the benefits of an all-inclusive venue is that we're prepared for Alabama weather. We'll have a beautiful backup plan available so your wedding can proceed smoothly regardless of the forecast.

Can we decorate the venue?

Our ceremony and celebration spaces are fully decorated as part of your package. Additional personal touches may be approved in advance, provided they can be set up and removed within your reserved rental time and do not damage the venue.

Is music included?

Couples are welcome to bring a curated playlist and a speaker for their ceremony and celebration. 

When should we arrive?

Your arrival time will depend on your package and any add-ons you've selected. 

Can we rehearse before the ceremony?

Because Intimate Wedding Days include only two scheduled weddings, separate rehearsals are not included. 

Is a deposit required?

No. Because Intimate Wedding Day availability is extremely limited, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your ceremony date and time will be reserved only after your signed contract and full payment have been received.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?

Because availability is extremely limited and only two weddings are scheduled during each Intimate Wedding Day, all bookings are final. Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are not permitted. Please be certain of your plans before reserving your ceremony date, as your reservation is confirmed once your signed contract and full payment have been received.

Are pets allowed?

Because we are a working farm, no pets are allowed.

Is smoking or alcohol permitted?

Sparkling wine for the included toast is provided as part of your package. Outside alcohol and smoking are not permitted.
