Celebration Package Pricing

Includes four hours of exclusive venue access, tables and chairs for up to 50 guests, and use of our indoor and outdoor event spaces.
Additional guests may be added for $100 per 10 guests, up to a maximum capacity of 100 guests.
Additional venue time may be purchased for $200 per hour, up to two additional hours, subject to availability.
2026–2027 Special Offer: Save $250 on Celebration Package events held Sunday through Friday.

Damage Deposit & Cleaning Fee
A $300 refundable damage deposit and a $200 cleaning fee are required for Celebration Packages.
The $200 cleaning fee will be refunded if the venue is cleaned according to the Sawyers Cove Farm cleaning checklist provided before your event.
