Venue Access: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM OR 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (see our blog post for timeline inspiration)
Choice of Ceremony Locations: Indoor and Outdoor options available
Your Rental Includes: 50 Farmhouse Resin Chairs, 5 five-foot round tables, 9 six-foot rectangle tables, Covered front patio with 4 farmhouse tables, Back patio with cafe lights and 10 four-foot benches, Prep Kitchen available to your approved, licensed and insured caterer, Bridal Room and Groom’s Room each with a private entrance
***Damage Deposit and Cleaning Fee: $750 damage deposit | $250 cleaning fee | Cleaning fee will be returned if renter chooses to complete the full cleaning checklist provided by SCF.***
